We will start with a simple inner light visualization, and leads into a loving kindness meditation. Fill your soul with a warmth and kindness that will carry you through daily experiences.

  • ​Take some time to express gratitude and learn a new form of creation. Emma will be in the main lobby at our gratitude station showing participants how to create using needle felt art. This is a wonderful mindful way to pass time while waiting for your session.
