New Patient Exam/Adjustment $40

Returning Patient Adjustment $25

No appointment needed, just sign in on the sheet when you arrive. You will be seen in the order of sign-in.

If you are new, take a clipboard with new patient paperwork (or print below and fill out beforehand) and fill out for the doctor. 

Wait times can vary depending on how busy the office is from day to day, but average about 15 minutes.

HSA and credit cards accepted.
